Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Standards. - Perform market analysis in every country of the region. Establishes prices, marketing investments and rebate programs. - Establish sales quotas for ever distributor and supervise the achieving month by month. - Achieve the sales plan for the assigned area of responsibility. - Estimates, offer, quotes parts and minor labor based products. - Provide leadership to the overall product development process. - Support sales by attending sale meetings an informing the sales organization of new product developments. - Responsible for maintaining a good distribution chain in the region, based on sale budget achievement and credit analysis. - Implements special pricing plans for the company. Judgment must be exercised on the acceptance of orders at non-standard prices, based on the competitive situation and on the profitability involved. - Identifies market opportunities and determines the best products, policies, programs, publications and pricing structure to meet the financial goals of the business. - Support Executive Management through accurate reporting and forecasting of activities by the independent distributors. - Control expenses by adequate planning and preparation to keep regional operations within Budget. - Efforts for the Distribution Manager will be to anticipate future market needs for new products, leading new product development efforts, maintaining and supporting current product offering, maintaining price lists, and maintaining competitive feature and sales support data. - Anticipate evolving marketing requirements and ensure the timely development and launch of new product that will satisfy customers' requirements. - Implement the company's Sales and Marketing Programs with the Distributor through Training and Sales Meetings to increase the identification with CES and to help the Distributor's general business development.
