The PSM acts as the customer advocate for product related issues and software enhancements. Monitors and reports status of all technical problems and coordinates that data in a format that customers can properly use within their organization. They will collaborate with different teams and organizations (internal and external)to obtain and deliver specific customer requirements and business needs.The individual filling this role will be onsite 3 days per week.
