Job Description:
Infrastructure Engineering professionals with at least 15 - 25 years** of experience within the fields of either transportation, bridges, tunnels, aviation, environmental, water or construction services. These individuals must have a successful construction management and business development track record. (** If you have more or less experience, please present your background, as we are recruiting for a broad range of positions.)Responsibilities:Oversee, assist and lead overall Division CM sales growthPrepare a Business Expansion Plan addressing geographic and market sector expansion for CM in the RegionAssist with building Company's PM practice nationally including helping to develop a national PM business plan and helping to win projects in other divisionsServe as Principal in Charge or Project Mgr and achieve budgeted profitability on projects where serving as PIC/PM.Provide leadership over client service planning, management, and client-focused marketing Directly manage and direct the development of the CM practice in the Region including sales, profitability and hiring, mentoring, training of personnel.Understand the overall Division and Firm wide 3-yr plans and National CM Plans.
