Making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and maintaining filing system. They will also assist in Construction Management processes e.g. logging and tracking of RFI's, submittals, Contract Directives etc.We Require:Minimum 8 years administrative support experience in a construction project management organization, assisting in Construction Management processes e.g. logging and tracking of RFI's, submittals, Contract Directives etc. or you will not be considered. High school degree or equivalent.Typing minimum 65 -70 wpm.Proficient on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Ability to work to in a fast pace, quick changing environment.Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and be a self-starter.Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking skills, including prioritization self-management.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a detail-oriented manner.Demonstrated ability in handling calls in a timely and professional manner.Ability to work with all levels within the organization.Must possess and portray a courteous, positive, and professional demeanor.Ability to maintain confidential information and use discretion.Demonstrated ability to work in a team oriented environment.
