We are currently seeking a talented individual with the following skills to join our elite team:Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Resident (Network) Engineer Tasks include, but are not limited to: n Providing specific network desitn and planning guidance to ensure maximum uptime and to avoid or prevent network impacting issues. n Conduct root cause analysis on network impacting issues n Manage on-site installation and advanced trouble-shooting assistance to support Customer and third party network equipment. Propose and manage final system acceptance, modifications, configurations and adjustments to optimize performance n Develop and initiate appropriate ad hoc training to key stakeholders including clients technical staff, resident engineers for other critical vendors and selected network integrators. Expected to manage and escalate the reporting of significant problems to customer escalation and R&D teams.Related Experience: Five to eight years of related experience, with particular emphasis in managing a project from the technical perspective, with proven excellent problem solving skills, accustomed to the root cause analysis process. Must have some (1 to 2 years experience) in VTC.Ideal Education and Certifications Requirement: Bachelors degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience and CISCO Certified, CCNA (a minimal requirement), CCCIE, etc. Clearance Requirements.
