Lead the technical and functional QA process: design, validation, testing process, defect identification, resolution status, etc. as it relates to software application testing within a 3 tier architecture to include consumer side web fronts. Participate in designs of new and re-factored software applications to help improve design concepts and implementations for quality control and testing. Work with Project, Development, Support managers to define QA activities for project plans along with ensuring delivery schedules for testing activities. Create test plans including scope, test case identification and defining expected results.
