CRM Product Manager Our Client in New York City is searching for a CRM Product Manager to work with the internal teams to deliver enhanced sales pipeline management and customer-focused business solutions and processes.The CRM Product Manager will be responsible for technical support to end users troubleshoot user problems maintain and establish appropriate access for users and teams work with IT personnel to support the application and test new functionality prior to deployment.The CRM Product Manager must be able to design create and run reports for the Marketing Sales and Business Development units.Responsibilities will include:Assist in defining, structuring and rolling out firms CRM toolsWork closely with sales and engineering to develop new tools or enhance existing tools to improve efficiency reporting and trackingManage the rollout of products and servicesWrite business and functional requirementsConfigure manage maintain and administer Sugar CRM environmentIdentify necessary reports metrics and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of salesOwn business process improvements and adapt the CRM solution as necessaryEnsure system is utilized effectively across the various sales teams and other related operational teams to increase user adoption and effectivenessProvide end user support including training.
