Architectural Project Manager level professional to join our dynamic healthcare architecture studio in Sacramento. Our Healthcare studio provides services for a highly diverse range of projects including: (include but not limited to)* Hospitals* Cancer Centers* Medical Centers* X-Ray Rooms* Outpatient Care Centers* Ambulatory Surgery Centers* Pediatric Care FacilitiesIdeal architectural qualifications & experience:5+ years of Architecture Design, Planning, Production, Construction Administration, Client Interaction, & Consultant Coordination, etc. experience pertaining to complex and challenging Healthcare (OSHPD) building facilities.Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture from an accredited university; (or closely related field) and current registration as a Licensed Architect is preferred (not required).Must have prior architectural project management level experience and the ability to oversee healthcare building and facility oriented projects from overall conceptual design and planning to construction administration and completion. Architectural experience pertaining to project estimating, budgeting, proposals, scheduling, consultant coordination, client interaction and relationship building.Proficient working knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, and/or Revit is preferred but not required. Must have strong client and consultant coordination or interaction skills. Ideal candidates will be highly professional, detail & team oriented, well spoken, and ambitious.
