Job Summary: The scope of the position requires that the project manager direct, guide, and coordinate a single project or multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will interface with interior design staff, lead the project from schematics, through construction documents and construction administration phases, manage resource scheduling, budgetary control, supervise, lead, and communicate orally and in writing to the production staff and consultants in a clear, direct, and concise manner regarding all facets of the project. Appropriate presentation, personal and business, is required. NOTES: 2 openings. US Residents Only. Salary commensurate with experience. Relocation costs negotiable Requirements Bachelors of Architecture Licensed 8 Years Experience in the field of Architecture/Project Management
