VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will assist and support the Medical Team in the selection, mentoring, training and development of Clinical Department staff. In addition, the CPM will be managing all phases of national and international clinical trials with responsibilities for project teams to ensure patient safety and data integrity; manage third party suppliers; develop study documents; negotiation and approval of study budgets; invoices and payments; and active involvement in developing and refining Clinical Department processes. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop budgets and timelines for new projects in conjunction with the Study PM * Collaborate with Study PM to Identify and manage third party suppliers and outsourced support. * Identify potential investigators and approve sites to be contacted for site feasibility assessments. * Oversee the development, negotiation and amendment of financial and contractual agreements. * Manage project teams through the clinical monitoring process and administration of clinical trials. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will have a graduate education in a life sciences discipline, as well as a deep understanding of the drug development process with emphasis on the clinical and regulatory requirements of clinical research.
