Enterprise Delivery Candidates for this position must be able to independently lead Enterprise wide cross functional project teams through the implementation of complex new products and service projects with high visibility. Candidates must also be able to provide coaching and mentorship to other Project Managers who may report informally to this position. Projects are large and complex and typically involve technical aspects and customer facing elements. This candidate will be responsible for the management of one or more projects and project teams made up of stakeholder, and cross-functional resources to deliver solutions and services that advance the business. Interacts closely with the Business Owner, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define the project scope and to develop detailed project deliverables as defined by the T-Mobile approved PMO Methodology. This candidate will be required to translate customer requirements into schedules and tasks using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology. Assures proper conduct, documentation, and communications of assigned project engagements. Listens, learns and incorporates feedback from management and other project managers on expectations, deliverables and overall project control. Primary Duties and Respnsibilities: Define the scope of projects requiring complex sets of integrated cross-functional activities. Proactively control the scope of project activities by anticipating scope questions and providing clear instructions to the project team.Conduct project meetings; set and manage expectations by exercising Risk, Issue and Change Management best practices. Establish and nurture internal working relationships across the enterprise which foster the development of cross-functional teamwork.
