Job Description:
Project Manager The Project Manager will report to the Director of Software Development. Responsibilities include: *Create and maintain software development project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation. *Utilize software life-cycle methodology. *Coordinate development and production releases that meet quality assurance standards. *Assist technical team in design and development tasks. *Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts which includes tracking resources, costs, production schedules, documentation and communications related to the projects. *Work with other departments and ensure that customer expectations are met. *Assume responsibility for the management of development for multiple software products. The Project Manager will be expected to understand the current processes and make recommendations for improving the processes. The program manager will develop tools, processes and methodologies necessary to accomplish their tasks, and will have primary responsibility for ensuring that the processes are accomplished in a manner consistent with FDA 510 endorsements and other quality standards. Perform other duties as required. As a Manager within BBCS, this position will participate with the other staff members to contribute to and support the corporate goals, business plan, standard operating procedures and Corporate Quality Policy, and thus requires personal and professional integrity and work ethics. Skills: Experience and Requirements: Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 2-5 years of program/project management experience in a software development or related environment. This experience should include working in, or towards a quality certified environment.
