Job Description:
Position – Qualification Engineer
Need - Immediate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design validation testing, environmental testing, and life-time testing of FLIR products.
Specific duties will include climatic conditions testing (thermal, humidity, rain, dust, etc.), dynamic conditions testing (vibration, shock), as well as EMC testing (conducted and radiated). Other duties will include writing/maintaining process documentation, test procedures, and test reports.

BS in Engineering
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Candidates should have strong analytical skills, very strong technical writing skills, and be very comfortable working in a lab environment. A working knowledge of military testing standards such as MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-461E, and MIL-STD-704E is desired. Candidates must have a BS in Engineering or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience.
Desirable experience: infrared imaging systems and aerospace electronics testing.

Work Schedule:
Full time – Days 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (approx)
Compensation and Agreement Period:
4-5 months @ and not to exceed bill rate of $75 p/hr
