First Light Resources is seeking a Roadway engineering Project Engineer Manager with 8-12 years of roadway design and project management experience to join our clients growing McLean, Virginia office. In this position the successful candidate will assist in generating new business as well as manage all levels of transportation projects including roadway design, and county/municipal engineering projects.

Knowledge and experience with roadway design standards and principles. Experience working with VDOT and Maryland State Highway Authority and other local county and municipal projects is highly preferred. Must have Microstation experience and familiarity with roadway design software (GEOPAK experience is highly preferred). Autocad 2005 Land Desktop roadway modeling experience is also desirable. VA PE or ability to obtain a PE within six months is required.
