Perform as a vital team member of CHW business working closely with owners to ensure company is poised to meet all sales requirements, e.g. production and marketing * Maintain and build existing accounts and develop new business * Convey company objectives and marketing strategy to distributor and market * Conduct sales meetings, training sessions and tastings for distributor sales reps, retailers and on premise staff * Monitor distributor reports (DIVER) to oversee inventory of product at distributors, including rotation and new products * Provide weekly/monthly/annual plans and updates to the owners * Participate in community programs in order to build and market the business, e.g. Chamber of Commerce and professional affiliation meetings * Exercise the highest level of fiduciary duty to the company in all financial matters including budgets and promotional spending, and in every aspect of the company\'s business Job Requirements: * Passionate about great wine, food and people; extensive wine knowledge * Strong and confident communicator * Demonstrated achievement of ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders, e.g. CHW team, distributor general managers, distributor reps (on and off premise), chain management, chain reps, and other customers.
