Responsible for all Cash Office functions. Responsible for ensuring that credit standards are communicated and credit goals are achieved. Periodically participates in the Manager on Duty Program. Prior to store opening, responsible for all new Associate training and tracking. Facilitates orientation classes, monitors training and maintains files in accordance to HR guidelines. Job Requirements Driving Not Specified Language(s) Not Specified Minumum Age 17+ years old Additional Prior experience (preferably supervisory) in sales, customer service and other areas interacting with the public. Ability to work well with Associates at all levels. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer basics. Basic math and reading skills and above-average verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable walking or standing during entire shift. Able to lift 35 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be available Sunday-Saturday for 8-hour shifts anytime from 5:00am - 12:30am.
