Job Description:
Our Customer Care Specialist functions as an Account Manager and provides a vital link between our customers, our sales reps and our installers. This post-sale position is a high-volume, telephone intensive role which requires a very high degree of professionalism, tact, and highly evolved written and verbal communication skills. THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER POSITION. This is a position that requires highly evolved analytical and problem solving abilities, as well as the ability to juggle many issues simultaneously. Ownership and follow-through skills are as important as any in this role.
