Responsibilities The successful dynamic candidate will oversee the Operations Group and assist all other departments within NYCS when required and contribute to the financial success of the company by implementing the financial plans and goals of the department. The Assistant Operations Manager will provide support to all staff members as necessary, as it relates to the resolution of customer issues, whether it is face-to-face, telephone or written communication as well as conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports. This individual will have expert Tiffany product, process and systems knowledge and be able to serve as a role model for knowledge and behaviors for customer service professionals as well as maintain the necessary presence on the floor to coach staff and assist with customer situations as necessary. The Assistant Operations Manager will be directly responsible for maintenance and implementation of all support systems including Repair, CRM, Point of Sale, Merchandising Inventory Processing System, Retail Inventory Tracking System, JD Edwards and Business Sales. The successful candidate will partner with management to ensure processes and procedures are followed efficiently and effectively throughout the departments as well as review and update processes as they relate to Operations specifically when necessary.
