Job Description:
The Online Media Supervisor oversees the day-to-day management of the planning, implementation and tracking of online media campaigns. This position is the primary client contact and is also responsible for managing and supervising their team.G ¡Â³ Develop and drive media strategies and set overall plan objectives in order to create the best possible plan for the client(s).G ¡Â³ Develop and maintain media plans, and related documentation including approvals and budgets in order to create the best possible plan for the clientG ¡Â³ Maintain client relationship and manage client expectationsG ¡Â³ Ensure that client goals, budget, and target audience are reachedG ¡Â³ Supervise development and implementation of targeted, innovative media solutions consistent with media strategiesG ¡Â³ Perform forecasting of revenue and sales based on historical data and market trendsG ¡Â³ Prepare and deliver presentations as necessaryG ¡Â³ Provide management and guidance to team members and nurture/promote a team environmentRequirements:G ¡Â³ 5-7 years of media planning experience, minimum of 3 years onlineG ¡Â³ Agency experience requiredG ¡Â³ Experience with ad-serving technologies/campaign trafficking (DART, Atlas)G ¡Â³ Traditional media background is a plusG ¡Â³ Expertise and knowledge of online planning/research tools; (Nielson NetRatings, Comscore Media Metrix)G ¡Â³ Demonstrated quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
