Job Description:
Provide tactical and strategic direction (Project Management) to the operations of the Healthcare Construction Department, executing project plans and developing policies to achieve overall corporate objectives to insure maximum operating results. Duties: * Manage, oversee, and be responsible for all aspects of the construction process, budgets and schedules for a project or multiple projects * Maintain ongoing communication with owners, architects and engineers and builds relationships with them * Determine scope of department work activities or projects, job objectives, schedules, budget considerations, and personnel assignments. Review and monitor department status and progress * Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the operational unit, company, or as directed by the Sr. Vice President * Identify, interview, recruit and hire qualified staff Required Experience: * Construction experience 10-20 years * Hospital Construction 5+ years * Management * Hiring * Scheduling * Negotiating Bids * Estimating * Client Management * Pricing * Extensive Florida Healthcare construction experience required.
