As a member of Diversified Agency Services within Omnicom Group, we are one of the largest healthcare communication agencies in the world. Job Purpose: Our goal is to put your education and experience to work by placing you in a leadership role where you\'ll be a key driver for implementing our well-established workflow guidelines. To accomplish this, you\'ll partner with Group Creative Directors and Account Directors, and mentor and train junior level account staff, to ensure flawless execution of our market moving ideas. You will also have QA oversight of brand team(s). This opening is within our SURGE business unit. Primary Responsibilities Include: * Ensures flawless execution by educating staff on optimal application of the workflow process for all projects, resolving process issues and recommending/implementing improvements. * Accountable for team adherence to the workflow process through measuring, reporting, and presenting results directly at the brand team level. * Provides experienced based input into the budgeting and scheduling of a job by approving final estimates and timelines prior to client release * Acts as a problem solver by supporting the Account, Creative and Production efforts by providing creative ideas and options to solve project barriers. * Acts as mentor to entry-level and junior Account staff by providing training and mentoring in regards to, but not limited to, agency workflow, routing a project, creating timelines and estimates, problem solving, communicating effectively to the team and providing direction on how to utilize project resources efficiently (internally and externally).
