Job Description:
We seek an individual with well rounded commercial construction experience to augment our firm in a variety roles: Building Inspections (primarily non-structural), Mechanical Inspections, Commercial Code Compliance Plan Reviews, Quality Assurance Plan Reviews, Construction Administration for our in-house design projects, Existing Building Evaluations and Audits. The qualified applicant must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of commercial and institutional building construction inspection experience, preferrably on larger multi-million dollar higher education or similar project types; an ability to perform code compliance plan reviews; must possess or have the ability to secure an ICC inspection certification within 3 months of employment; must be a problem solver with a professional demeaner and a team player attitude that will contribute to the success of the projects; must have own vehicle and valid drivers license; and must have proficient computer skills (MS Office products) Salary will be determined upon experience.
