Part-time Instructor - DPCS - Construction Management - Wentworth Institute of Technology Colleges of the Fenway Teach part-time in Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 semester in all areas of Construction Management, including Construction Project Scheduling, Construction Project Control, Financing the Construction Project, Construction Cost Analysis, Construction Law and Government Regulations, Construction Graphics, Construction Methods and Materials, Concrete Construction Methods, Contracts and Codes, Basic Building Services, Structural Design, Mechanical Building Systems, Electrical Building Systems, Estimating, and Scheduling. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching adult learners a plus. Experience in teaching online also a plus. Teaching experience at the college level is preferred.
