They seek out opportunities that build brand awareness, and that drive traffic to the stores. - Manage event budgets and help prioritize the market's needs. - Partner with the regional leadership to identify and create marketing plans for Opportunity Stores (stores designated as first priority for sales building efforts) and leverage the DMs and Managers to best support these stores with the allocated resources. - Will host regional training sessions for managers to make sure the field is aligned on marketing best practices. - Provide ongoing support and coaching to the District Managers, and store managers to make them more effective sales builders. - Building community goodwill and relationships through participation in community events and sponsorships. - Identify events regionally that are a good fit and get involved via sampling, and distributing marketing materials. - Responsible for managing their market wide budgets. - With their regional operators, they will ensure their dollars are being spent wisely, and in a way that best suits the needs of the market. Requirements: - A BA degree, preferably in Marketing or related subject. - 5 years of marketing experience. A background in event marketing and coordination, or restaurant industry experience is definitely a plus. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
