A Bachelor's degree is required. Marketing experience is required. Music marketing experience preferred. Knowledge and understanding of music needs for the broadcast, film and other media sectors is preferred. Experience with production music is preferred. Excellent people skills with the ability to be a team player and the ability to interact well with clients. Ability to function in a high-pressure environment and use good judgment in doing so. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal/written communication skills. Must be computer savvy. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications and experience with customer relationship management tools. Work as a partner with APM's salesforce in designing and executing a dynamic calling program and promotional plans for U.S. clients. Improve internal communication between KPM and APM Music Directors. Improve sales of KPM music among U.S. clients. Work closely with APM's marketing team to develop campaigns, techniques and tools to drive sales improvement. Establish methods to improve understanding of clients needs of KPM's offerings. Manage feedback of client music needs to KPM. Study and analyze client music usage of KPM and other company catalogues.
