Leading manufacturer of premium architectural finishes and architectural pre-cast stone products is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to seek and acquire new customers for hand applied finish coat and cast bag products and to sell out the capacity of the bagged production plant in our Orem facility. The sales manager must be able to provide excellent customer service to customers by telephone, in the field and on-site visits. Will also maintain customer accounts, assist new customers and be responsible to resolve various warranty issues on all products. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: *Coordinate the sales collateral production and distribution to appropriate customers. *Proactively develop relationships with key account customers. *Meet agreed upon sales targets and timelines. *Function as a liaison between the customers and the production facility staff. *Oversees and synchronizes the work order process to ensure that the work is quoted and completed in a timely manner. *Evaluates the performance of distributors and trade contractors. *Reviews customer service requests and ensures that covered items are resolved properly and quickly. *Answer and handle customer service calls and inquiries. *Work closely with production manager and development group on potential licensees. *May assist with negotiations between vendors and company. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in sales or customer service in the construction materials field.
