Job Description:
Maintain the organization's websites, and the Intranet site so they are current, relevant, correct, highly-valued, and useful to internal and external audiences. - Manage other electronic communications channels including portal sites, email distribution lists and online surveys. - Identify and implement new ideas that will enhance the current online product offering as well as participate in developing new online offerings. - Monitor and analyze online metrics to create and execute marketing plans that improve functionality and responsiveness of all electronic channels. - Oversee application and software updates and be primary interface with IT Department. - Establish an effective and ongoing method of updating email distribution lists. - Identify and adapt new technology for improved product solutions. - Assist and consult on the maintenance and management of affiliate web sites, as requested. - Determine requirements for new online tools and enhancements, and determine how they affect timelines, budgets and integration. - Manage contract and team resources including production schedules and budgets. - Manage internal and external third party relationships. - Manage and direct resources to support initiatives. Requirements: - A B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent. An MBA degree preferred.
