Expertise in print buying, print production, mailing services and postage. - Develops and delivers enterprise solutions for production services distribution. - Develops and manages strategies for communications standardization and consolidation, focusing on improving the member experience and driving significant cost savings. - Leads work efforts of internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure integration and completion of work against expectations. - Monitors progress on key initiatives. - Provides analytical support, reports on results and any corrective actions. - Validates and reports project savings. - Partners with Corporate Procurement to help evaluate and make decisions for enterprise sourcing solutions. - Partners with Print/Mail Services to identify efficiencies and cost savings in mailings and postage. - Maintains or improves customer satisfaction.
