We are currently seeking a Manager Information Technology to join us in our New York office.Responsibilities:?Act as a service manager for the Video Conferencing solution in the New York Office?Take ownership of the video conference room scheduling process for U.S,, resolve scheduling conflicts, define support policies and make process improvements where applicable?Responsible for performance management of the Video Conference team of managers?Establish and maintain effective vendor relationships?Provide status reports and metrics to upper management?Work with external vendor to resolve hardware issues and schedule periodic maintenance?Work with vendor to provide training to others as required?Provide periodic backup support for other locations?Support and solicit input from team members and continually make process improvement ?Help ensure change with the management policies are properly followed ?Collaborate and work closely with other support personnel in other offices?Assist with other external projects within productivity services as requiredQualifications:?Seven years experience in information technology in a project manager or senior level position?Excellent customer relations skills ?Excellent communications, administrative and organizational skills?Understand Outlook calendaring and be familiar with the HP video conferencing solution?Excellent communication and leadership skills?Ability to interact with company Chairman, Executives and Partners in a very competent and professional manner.
