Manages the evaluation and purchasing of all software, hardware, peripheral IT equipment, faxes, and copiers. Provide monthly IT reports to Senior management.Telecom Coordination:Overall responsibility for PCBs Telecom strategy including evaluating and approving all phone line and phone equipment procurements; coordinating installations and upgrades involving voice, data and email.ITI/Fiserv Coordinator:Serve as the main contact for all points of communication with PCBs primary AP, IP and website provider, Fiserv; which includes requests for new products, upgrades, new product features and functions, product implementation, testing, production, problem resolution, etc.Project Management:Provide the necessary project management activities to plan and coordinate the successful development and implementation of all IT related projects.Disaster Recovery Administration:Responsible for developing, maintaining, updating and annually testing PCBs disaster recovery plan. Coordinate with DR vendors where needed.Network Administration:Oversee and manage PCBs networks; establish netwrok access rules, monitor the network security events, keep network anti-virus and intrusion detection software up to date and monitoring for any security breaches, set up new users, provide user access controls, set up workstations, install software, troubleshoot problems, etc. Coordinate work with third party vendors where needed.Application Administration.
