M&A Finance Senior Project Manager General Summary: As a key member of the Corporate Finance M&A due diligence and integration team, the M&A Finance Senior Project Manager will assist in the development and management of the due diligence, integration planning and integration execution phases of the corporate M&A process within Corporate Finance. The position will help develop and maintain standard processes and work flow and may often be the primary finance representative on cross-functional M&A due diligence and integration teams. On an on-going basis, the M&A Finance Senior Project Manager will perform both analytical and project management functions. The primary functions will include: performing financial due diligence, working with outside experts on financial and asset valuation, developing and managing project integration plans and teams, and producing standard communications. The position will also assist in representing all corporate finance, accounting, purchasing, tax and treasury interests in the process and will help manage the involvement of experts in these areas when necessary. It is a highly visible position and an excellent opportunity to demonstrate leadership and project management skills. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Partner and collaborate with the integration leads of all other functions (i.e. Sales, HR, IT, Operations, etc.) throughout the integration process to ensure a successful integration that captures and retains the value of the assets acquired. Partner with each sub-function within finance to involve their expertise when necessary. (e.g. sales finance, tax, treasury, revenue operations, corporate accounting, accounts payable and SEC compliance, procurement, etc.) Partner with all functions within Autodesk Finance to create and implement integration strategies. Develop and maintain processes, project plans and schedules from initiation through delivery, including control and status reporting, team management, troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure completion of assigned projects on schedule and within budget. Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project management processes. Work proactively with stakeholders to resolve critical issues. Work with outside experts on financial and asset valuation.Requirement.
