Thursday, June 26 2008 CLEC Finance Director We have been retained to conduct a search for a Finance Director with one of our telecom clients in the Pacific Northwest. This person will be responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Networking and Revenue Analysis.This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in bringing innovative strategies and practices to an established and growing national business.Specific Responsibilities: Manage budgeting and forecasting process. Define deliverables and communicate w/ VPs and appropriate personnel to ensure business partner input into submissions. Manage reporting of submission in required forums. Partner with Sales and Marketing organization to analytically support all standardized and customized pricing decisions prior to execution, including definition of appropriate contribution hurdles. Communicate results to executive management team and provide recommendations for performance improvement. Manage financial reporting activities. Ensure that reporting requirements are met on a timely basis. Provide forecasting, budgeting, monthly analytics and ad hoc analytics as required by business. Required Skills: Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or related discipline, CLEC knowledge and experience required 10+ years of financial analysis experience of increasing levels of responsibility, including substantial interaction with Sales and Marketing organizations Expert Excel experience Expert database management skills, including experience with Excel based query tools Outstanding analytical skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally and with colleagues at all levels in the organization Strong managerial skills, including ability to train.
