Job Description:
This position is responsible for projects of varying size and scope and will have the opportunity to participate in business analysis, solution design, quality assurance and end user training. Will manage the execution of projects by working with the project stakeholders to create a comprehensive project plan. Oversee implementation and installation of new e-commerce platform (ATG). Work with project stakeholders (technology, marketing, merchandising, finance, etc) to coordinate requirements and timelines. Responsible for all technology projects that relate to website functionality and user experience. Drive ongoing process for reviewing feature and functionality trends and make appropriate recommendations to management. Review potential vendors and technology, from RFP process to contract negotiation. REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this position, one needs to be a motivated problem-solver and must be naturally curious about all aspects of Alliance Time's business operations. One must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute directly to the success of the company.
