Supervises and responsible for Deposit Services, Loan Operations, Information Technology and Treasury Services departments.*Manages the evaluation, implementation and support activity for all of the Bank's internal and external automated information processing systems and services, including all software, hardware and related equipment.*Manages the evaluation, implementation and support for all the Bank's office automation systems including, but not limited to local and wide area networks, telecommunications systems, software, hardware and related equipment.*Determines and evaluates the Bank's current and future technology communications and information needs.*Analyzes and controls all costs associated with the Bank's technology, communications and information systems.*Negotiates contracts for all technology, communications and information systems, service and equipment purchases.*Ensures adequacy of security measures regarding all information technology.*Handles employee interviewing/hiring, complaints and grievances. Conducts annual reviews and addresses disciplinary issues.Requirements: - Seven to ten plus years banking experience in the areas of deposit operations and information technology.
