Bilingual (English / Japanese) Assistant Manager, Financial Analysis - Sale Sales Department of US Subsidiary of Japanese global interior car parts maker has an exciting opportunity for a bilingual (English / Japanese) financial analyst. They need a take-charge professional to monitor and analyze sales data, formulate reports and projections, and coordinate resolution of related issues. This is a new job with a growing company, and provides an opportunity for the right person to have a big impact on operations. Job is located in Manchester, Tennessee, and will involve centralizing sales data from three US plants. $40K - $46K Partial Relocation SupportResponsibilities As Bilingual (English / Japanese) Assistant Manager, Financial Analysis ESales, you will be part of a team that includes the Sales Department, the Accounting Department, the company's CPA and J-SOX. You will report to the VP of Sales and be responsible for analyzing data and developing reports based on: sales-related transactions; daily, monthly and annual production volume; materials and production costs; quoted and contract prices; inventory and overhead; AR/AP; and for providing operational and decision support to maximize sales and profit. Specific responsibilities include: Develop centralized system to collect accurate and useful sales and related data from three company plants. Oversee data entry and verify data accuracy. Monitor customer contracts and change orders, along with related AR/AP to ensure that billing and payment accurately reflects contract change orders related to design changes. Develop comprehensive sales-related reports to show performance and to assist in operational decision-making and sales forecasting. Coordinate resolution of issues discovered because of problems with related data collection and/or maintenance.
