Job Description:
Primary responsibilities will include providing leadership and guidance to specified revenue management departments (RMDs) to ensure that the department is successful in achieving the desired outcome, present to and collaborate with the executive team member of hospitals, perform monthly analysis on all divisions of the RMD, coordinate additional training needs of the RMD associates, and lead varying process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Candidates must be able work in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Experienced candidates should have 2-4 years of wide-ranging experience, part of which should be in consulting or implementation project management, including knowledge of charge audit, managed care, billing and collections, patient accounting, process improvement, and coding. An undergraduate degree in business or healthcare administration preferred; Masters degree a plus.
