We are currently seeking talented and experienced Project Managers for our Manhattan office to lead projects in various typologies, including academic buildings, arts institutions, high-end residential spaces, and community facilities. The Project Manager must be an effective, creative, personable, confident and self-motivated leader. Strong project management, client relations, presentation skills and interpersonal skills are essential. Project Managers will lead teams in both design and technical capacities. The 1100 methodology includes a high level of collaboration between the Partners and the project team. The Project Manager must have both design/technical experience as well as communication skills to facilitate this type of collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture8+ years of experience in an architectural office working on all project phases Prior project management experience and the ability to effectively manage workflowStrong leadership, organizational and collaborative skills Good design, technical and business sense with the ability to handle negotiations and conflict resolutionAbility to effectively multi-task and work on a number of projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to mentor and manage junior staff Salary/Benefits.
