Job Description:

We are interested in adding a proactive leader that will direct and manage our design project teams (engineering and architecture), in collaboration with our construction team, to exceed our client\'s expectations. The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for all design project management activities from early project development through completion of construction documents. Other responsibilities include: management of drawing and specification creation, project team mentorship, client management and marketing. Requirements We are seeking someone who has: 8+ years of demonstrated Architectural experience with 2-3 years of project management Significant experience developing schematic drawings, construction documents, and specifications for diverse commercial building types Strong knowledge in application of building codes Previous success in developing positive, collaborative working relationships with all team members and clients Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate engineering, design and consultant documents Strong leadership and mentorship skills Professional Registration as a Wisconsin Architect NCARB (preferred) In exchange for your talents, we offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, dynamic team environment.
