Must be detail oriented, organized, motivated self starter that possess excellent oral & written communication skills. Must be available to work required hours as needed to include to weekends and evenings. This qualified person reports directly to the General Manager Experience: *Manage and maintain the physical operation of the hotel including, building structure, fixtures, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, electrical systems and grounds.*Investigate all engineering and maintenance concerns.*Perform and/or assign maintenance and preventative maintenance projects.*Respond to all building related safety concerns.*Administrate and ensure departmental compliance with Sunstone maintenance procedures.*Establish and maintain hotel maintenance with each department.*Responsible for the supervision and training Engineering management and associates. *Select and coordinate engineering and maintenance projects with outside contractors.*Process and administrate all guest-related concerns.
