We are looking for a Engineering/Technical Services Manager to join our team at our office in Portales, NM. This person is responsible for managing the planning and implementation of projects into the plant. This person also must oversee the maintenance department in its support of the plant. Responsibilities also include all environmental and regulatory affairs and reporting. The Ideal Candidate has... Strong PLC skills, with a strong knowledge of the mechanical and electrical trades. Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements. Skills in root cause analysis, gap analysis, and planning actions. Requires excellent communication skills at all levels. Responsibilities: Work directly with contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed based on company standards drawings. Oversee required regulatory testing and required reporting.
