Pittsburgh Construction Consulting Firm in search of proffesional with 2+ years experience in the preparations and evaluation of construction claims. Successful candidate will be capable of researching, analyzing, and evaluating construction documentation, specifications, CPM schedules and construction cost accounting data. Strong self management, analytical organizational and communication skills a must. BS in Engineering or related, professional certification/licenses a plus along with expert skills of MS Office, Primavera, MS Project software a plus.
