Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development, the Senior Director of Finance & Accounting will ensure the company’s financial results are reported accurately, timely, and in compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations.The successful candidate will provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation for a staff of over 20 professionals and will be responsible for general ledger maintenance and transaction accounting, month-end close processes, financial analysis, internal control monitoring, evaluation, and process improvement, as well as SOX oversight.To be successful in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent and a minimum of 15 years related experience and either a MBA and or CPA.EOE
