We are currently seeking an International Corporate Tax Manager to join us in ourResponsibilities: ?Provide advice to clients, in a range of industries, on international tax services and offerings?Manage, direct, monitor, and deliver multiple client engagements?Help identify additional areas of service to offer the client?Maintain active communication with clients in an effort to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction?Research domestic and international tax matters?Research, write, and review client tax advice ?Formulate and deliver possible tax planning and tax savings services ?Manage, supervise, and mentor other team members?Aid in the development and training of team membersQualifications: ?Previous experience with several of the following common international tax planning areas: Outbound Transactional Structuring and Subpart F, Inbound Transactional Structuring, Check the Box Principles, U.S. Tax Treaty Research, Repatriation Strategies, Intellectual and Intangible Property Planning, Structured Finance, Base Shifting, FSC/EIE, Foreign Tax Credit Planning, Transfer Pricing or International Mergers and Acquisitions?Five years of broad experience in international corporate taxation?Strong planning, research, and communication skills, as well as general knowledge of corporate tax compliance?CPA with a Master?s degree in Taxation or a JD from an accredited college/university ?LLM in Taxation KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
