Immediate Opening: Construction Estimator / Construction Scheduler
Location: Downtown Sacramento Office
Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 annual base + full benefits
Highly recognizable, award winning and prestigious Architectural Design & Planning office actively seeks highly organized and detail oriented Construction Estimator / Construction Scheduler to bridge the gap between our architectural design and accounting departments within our Sacramento Office.
Our firm provides architectural design and planning serves for a highly diverse range of projects and market sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, institutional, civic, and retail projects. With our continually growing list of new and repeat clients we are ranked amongst the industries top performing firms in Northern California. We have been operating in Sacramento for upwards of 60 years and are currently in the process of opening new offices in both San Francisco and Oakland.
Job Description:
CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR / CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER
This Construction Estimator / Construction Scheduler will be responsible for assisting in project tracking, coordination, scheduling, and estimating for designated firm projects throughout Northern California. Will coordinate and review all documents for bid, submittal, and proposal packages for clients and public agencies.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Must have 3 to 10+ years of architectural, engineering, or construction industry project coordination, estimating, or scheduling experience.
- Must have knowledge of project Bids, Submittals, Proposals, RFI’s, & RFP’s
- Must have project estimating and/or scheduling experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or business management is preferred but not required.
- Must have competent computer skills
- Software experience with Primavera and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet are preferred.
