Location: Sacramento, CA

National full service multi-disciplined Architecture, Engineering, & Planning firm actively seeks Architectural Project Manager / Licensed Architect for mid-sized Sacramento, California office.

Working in collaborative efforts with all project stakeholders, we explore ideas to create successful solutions for each project.

Across the country our architectural services encompass all aspects of the architectural profession such as master planning, feasibility studies, project management, programming, schematic design, design development, code review, construction documents, bidding, value engineering, specification writing, Computer Aided Design (CAD), cost estimating/cost control, scheduling, construction administration and observation, owner representation, and LEED project certification.

Our Sacramento office now has an immediate opportunity for an Architectural Project Manager / Licensed Architect to take large part in our Commercial and Retail project studio. Ideal candidates will posses a bachelors or masters degree in Architecture and 4-6 years of commercial architectural experience. Must be proficient with AutoCAD and be able to produce both 2D & 3D drawings. California Architectural registration is preferred but not required.

Salary: $70K to $85K/yr base DOE
