Position responsibilities: This position’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing administrative and special projects for the Department of Strategic Management and its managing vice president; coordinating activities and helping plan several key meetings: the Strategic Planning Committee, coordinating aspects of Board and related meetings such as the February Board Retreat, Board Strategic Leadership Development, as well as the annual HOD Mega Topic Discussion and on occasion, special Board Task Forces; providing administrative support to the ADA’s Environmental Scanning process housed in the department; developing and tracking departmental, supplemental and other budgeting requirements and distributions; managing the administration of various complex consulting and vendor projects as assigned; providing consultative assistance through planning and analysis to all divisions within the ADA with regard to internal and external research and special projects, such as the annual metrics reports; FileWeb, Intranet updates, budget development and tracking/planning and related consulting support.
