The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of all Bindery machinery and have a good grasp of the overall print process.This candidate will ensure that:* All bindery machinery is properly crewed to meet scheduled production requirements, and will review all work for quality. * Maintenance and repairs of all machinery and order supplies for continued high speed production. * Must be able to train, coach, all bindery employees and complete their scheduled reviews. * Observes and enforces all company safety rules and regulations and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Requirements High school diploma/GED required or a minimum of 4 years experience in a printing company, preferably in the Bindery department.
