Job Description:
Works closely with the Dean of the School of Education to integrate marketing plan and student services initiatives with the academic goals of the School. Collaborates with national student success and enrollment coaching service to ensure goal congruence, consistency in service delivery, and prioritization of activities. Manages daily operations of admissions and student services; plans and participates in student recruitment events and check-in activities, coordinates class and faculty scheduling and classroom assignments. Collects, manipulates and analyzes a variety of enrollment data sets. Provides regular reports and analysis to University enrollment group and Executive Vice President. Collaborates with University marketing group, adhering to University marketing and branding standards, marketing budget recommendations, and new web initiatives. Provides effective communication leadership to include but not limited to: development and delivery of marketing messages, recruitment presentations, KPIs and other presentations as requested. Manages the School of Education enrollment counselors: hires, trains, coaches, provides guidance, evaluates performance, provides feedback and conducts regular staff meetings. Stays abreast of trends in higher education and the recruitment marketplace.
