Job Description:
The PSM will also liaise with the CPM for issue escalation and FSP SM performance issues. On program level issues the PSM will work with the Program Data Manager (PDM), Program Clinical Programming and Writing representative (PCPW), Senior CPM, Development Team Leader (DTL) and Contracts and Outsourcing group (C&O), where appropriate. Partner with FSP Managers to proactively identify and resolve FSP SM/CTA performance issues. Partner with peer PSMs (site and global) to ensure adherence to standards and processes and to share best practices. Develop effective collaboration with other Dev Ops functions at the site and across the sites;and with Clinical R and D organizations, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Global Medical, PGP and external regulatory, industry, academic and professional organizations. Resources Managed (budget and FTEs):Responsible for forecasting FSP SMs requirements to support the development programs in the TA. Responsible for the efficient and effective utilization of $3-10MM of FSP resources. Primary Duties:Resource Forecasting and AllocationThe PSM will collaborate with the Senior CPM and FSM to forecast FSP SM requirements. For individual studies the PSM will proactively work with the CPM to ensure that studies are appropriately resourced. The PSM will request FSP SM resource through the site FSM. The PSM communicates FSP SM resource assignments to the CPM.
