With state of the art dispensing systems, workflow systems, qualified pharmacists and technicians, and more, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible to oversee and provide quality control on prescriptions. Duties and Responsibilities Primary Responsible for all staff pharmacist duties Manage all pharmacy personnel Make up work schedule for all pharmacy personnel Communicate with Pharmacy Management Insure complete compliance of company, state, and federal requirements Manage the inventory including cycle counting Handle customer concerns Responsible for pharmacy security Manage shrink Manage daily workflow Develop and meet pharmacy financial goals Secondary Interview and hire pharmacy employees Review new policies, procedures and programs with staff Market the pharmacy Train pharmacy and store personnel Conduct performance reviews Prepare for pharmacy insurance and compliance audits Respond to state and federal inspections Attend Pharmacy Management meetings Conduct pharmacy staff meetings Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Pharmacy Licensed pharmacist in the state of California Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
